Strategic marketing voice
Dropping into leadership teams in an advisory capacity at key moments such as strategy setting or quarterly reviews.
I am also available as an ongoing strategic marketing voice where there isn't a dedicated senior marketing seat. Providing regular input, challenge and direction.

Marketer development
One‑to‑one mentorship for junior or mid‑level marketers. We work on the skills, confidence and commercial thinking that enable growth and development.
Providing a safe space to reflect and build the professional maturity they need to grow with confidence.

Team alignment
When sales, product, marketing and technical teams pull in different directions, execution slows and frustration builds.
I explore any disconnects and build a shared goals and language around commercial priority. As well as creating the structures that keep alignment from slipping.
